In this interactive KTV workshop\, we'll use music as a way to explore something much bigger t han singing. Whether you love grabbing the microphone or normally avoid it at all costs\, you'll discover that this isn't a performance—it's a cha nce to step outside your comfort zone in a fun\, supportive and encouragin g environment where everyone is cheering each other on. Throughout the eve ning\, we'll alternate between singing and guided discussion\, reflecting on the emotions that come up before\, during and after each song. Why do s ome people freeze while others come alive? Where does that anxiety come fr om\, and what happens when we stop trying to be perfect?
