 Or reveal something about you? In this workshop\, you’ll learn the core 
 Hollywood tools for building an interesting character\, not in a dry\, tec
 hnical way\, but in a practical\, creative\, and immediately usable way. W
 e’ll look at well-known film characters and unpack what makes them dynam
 ic or static\, layered or flat\, driven or forgettable. Then you’ll desi
 gn your own character from scratch: backstory\, flaws\, fears\, quirks\, d
 esires\, and goals. Maybe you’ll create a villain. Maybe a hero. Maybe s
 omething in between. And maybe\, as often happens in the creative process\
 , your character will change as you write them. This isn’t just for aspi
 ring screenwriters. It’s for anyone who wants to think more sharply abou
 t motivation\, personality\, psychology\, and storytelling\, and unlock bo
