Do you have a side hustle? If you did, what would it be?
What exactly is a side hustle, and why are so many people turning to them today? Is it about financial freedom, personal growth, or just trying to keep up with the rising cost of living? Recent studies show that nearly 45% of working adults now have a side hustle, with younger generations leading the way—especially Gen Z and Millennials, who often see them not only as a source of extra income but as a path to passion projects and skills development.
Ed’s been doing it for a while now, so he’s definitely the one to talk to about this! From tutoring and creative projects to online businesses, side hustles are reshaping how people think about work and opportunity. We’ll share real examples, swap practical ideas for busy city life, and debate whether side hustles are becoming a necessity or just an optional extra. Join us for a lively and insightful discussion on how to (brace for Ed’s favourite saying) “get paid while getting paid”!
