描述
▼Does life already have a purpose waiting to be ...
Does life already have a purpose waiting to be discovered? Or are we free to create one for ourselves? Is meaning something we find, or something we build through our choices, relationships and experiences? Join us for a guided discussion exploring one of humanity's oldest and biggest questions. Together, we'll examine the arguments on both sides—from the idea that purpose comes from destiny, biology, religion or something greater than ourselves, to the belief that life's meaning is something we invent as we go.
Rather than getting lost in abstract philosophy, we'll bring these ideas back to everyday life. How does believing one view or the other change the way we approach work, love, ambition, failure or happiness? Which mindset leads to a more fulfilling life? There are no right answers, just thoughtful conversation, good arguments, different perspectives and, knowing this host, probably a few terrible jokes along the way. Whether you've spent years thinking about these questions or never really considered them before, you'll leave with plenty to think about long after the discussion ends.
