In this workshop, we’ll apply The One-Point Rule, a practical, psychologically grounded approach to real change. You’ll do a fast but honest Quality-of-Life check-in across ten key areas: health, relationships, work, finances, learning, joy, and more. Then we'll identify the one area that’s quietly draining your energy. Together, we’ll ask a powerful and immediately actionable question: what would realistically move this from a 4 to a 5 in the next seven days? No perfectionism. No dramatic life reset. Just clarity, smart group discussion, and one concrete upgrade you can implement right away. This isn’t surface-level self-improvement, it’s about learning how to move yourself forward with precision, intention, and respect for the life chapter you’re actually in.
