Celine, a French-Chinese Reiki healer who ran her own healing space in Mexico and now lives in Paris, will share her personal story of how Vipassana became a turning point in her life. Together, we’ll explore its two guiding pillars — awareness and equanimity — and how they can reshape the way you experience emotions, stress, and daily life.
You’ll take part in a guided 15-minute Vipassana practice, followed by group reflection and discussion. Is equanimity a superpower that frees you from emotional reactivity, or a form of suppression that numbs you? Through open conversation and shared experience, you’ll begin to discover what balance and clarity mean for you — not as abstract ideas, but as living practices you can carry into every moment.
